Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
- Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

Other Terms
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Sales and Services Tax (SST) of 6% as required by the federal government of Malaysia will be levied on guests’ daily bill with effect on overnight stays from 1st September 2018.
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10.00nett per room per night as required by the federal government of Malaysia is applicable to all non-Malaysian tourists and is to be collected upon check-in.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
